🌞 These summer crafts bring back all the memories

Reader...

Is there anything more nostalgic than summer crafts? Whenever I think of crafts for kids, I remember making crafts as a child out in the sun at summer camps or Vacation Bible School. Even just the smell of things like paint and Elmer's glue can bring back all the good memories.

Making crafts with your kids is a fun way to pass on the traditions you grew up with in a way that’s fun, creative, and collaborative! I’ve created a special list of 30 Classic Summer Crafts you are likely familiar with. Feel free to go through the list and find the ones you did as a child that will bring back all the warm fuzzies.

This list contains:

  • DIY Wind Chimes
  • Classic Butterfly Craft
  • Tie Dyed TShirts or Pillowcase
  • Paper Plate Frisbees
  • Craft stick airplane
  • Pasta necklaces
  • A sun suncatcher!
  • Homemade ice cream activity

And more!

These are all easy crafts your kids will be capable of creating by themselves or with the help of their friends or siblings. They’re super easy for group playdates if you want to invite a bunch of kids over for a special arts and crafts day.

Creating these crafts with your kids will encourage creativity, teamwork, and joy that they will remember, and someday be able to pass on to the next generation. Enjoy!
