Just 4 easy Easter crafts to enjoy this week 🐣

Hey Reader -

Happy Springtime... gosh I hope it's here to stay!

I get a lot of feedback from readers about being overwhelmed with too many activities (we think we want all the ideas... but then get paralyzed with "which one should i do" or it takes forever to look through them all to see what supplies you might have on hand).

If you celebrate Easter, it is already this weekend!

I'd like to take down your overwhelm with Easter crafts and activities and choose my top 4 crafts or activities for you to do that I'm sharing below.

Keeping it simple.

Less stress deciding what activity to do = More time and fun with our kids! Right???

If you have a toddler -- this mess-free way to decorate Easter Eggs is perfect and simple.

If you have a preschooler -- you'll definitely want to make the scrape painting Easter Egg Art!

Add in some learning -- try our Counting Sticker Easter Eggs

Add in moving & learning for the preschoolers (and up!) -- send your kids out on an Easter Egg Hunt to MAKE WORDS!

If those aren't enough, you can go on any of our 12 Ways to go on an Easter Hunt, or check out all of our Easter activities and crafts here.

Can you do me a favor? Share this email with one of your friends and ask them to do an activity with you (maybe not physically with you, but to do it with their kids and you do it with your kids... and share about it together!).

Maybe they'll catch on and will have some fun with their kids too!

"This is so awesome! You all are really amazing. The kindness shared constantly is like nothing anywhere else on social media. I see so much judging and correcting in other spaces. Here in this group, the members are supportive, encouraging and just true gems. I am so lucky to be part of something so special."

Start cutting safely and confidently with fun, easy materials kids can handle — no straight lines required!

Snip Snip, Reader! Handing your child a scissors is sometimes a scary thing. But trust me on this -- I bet they can do it. Just don't expect them to do it right. Don't expect your child to hold the scissors with their thumb up, or even with one hand. Don't expect straight lines, or even lines at all. Don't expect a lot. Give them the rules -- no running with scissors. Point down when walking with scissors. And scissors are meant for cutting.... and that's it. Notice - I didn't restrict it to...

Simple activity ideas for active kids who need to move, think, and stay engaged—without forcing them to sit still.

Reader... My kids are busy kids. Moving. All. The. Time. Letting them be bored can be good... but it can also be oh-so-bad. Crafts are not their thing. Sitting is not their thing. What do you do when you have a kid that's always super busy? By busy, I mean that they don't like to sit still, they may fidget a bunch, they just have to always be doing something. My kids just bounce -- a lot. Below are some quick ideas that might work to keep your busy kid... well, busy! Keeping Kids Busy...

Easy water balloon games your kids will love—plus clever ways to sneak in learning while they play.

I love it so much that we can now fill up 100 water balloons in like 30 seconds with those doodad thingies... remember the days when it took hours at the faucet and tying each one?
